Today was a bad carb day. Day started with two turkey sizzlis from WaWa and a Whopping 82 g of carbs.. day total carbs were 101 so without those I would have had my usual 20g of carbs. rest of the day was good though. Should have just stuck to my two hard boiled eggs. That would have really put my carb, fat, protein balance to my acceptable levels and brought me to approx 1500 kcals. I will be better tomorrow.

uhhhhh.. feel awful. Trying to stick to diet today. being under the weather does not help at all!

Through out this whole process I really have never been hungry. Today I have had 2 10oz. cups of fresh brewed green tea and OMG! My tummy has been growling so loud the people in the other offices have heard it! lol

Having a hard time with sodium consumption..any one have any tips on that? Still under the weather and just tired..

Under the weather today but will try to get in some exercise when I come home from work. Bad weekend food wise. Food was salty and a lot of water retention.
