Halloween party last night for the kids and some friends and had some Pizza (weakness). Had fun and will do better today.

Finally got off my lazy butt and premade lunches and breakfasts for the week along with snacks. So Wawa and McDonalds should be out of the equation. Its really tough when home support does not exist and when you try to get the rest of the family on board to healthier eating it doesn't happen. Breaks my heart to see my kids overweight but I am not home all the time and have limited say in their breakfast and dinner decisions. Daughter does like the Faux Egg muffins though. Happy Halloween all!

After a hectic week and feeling bad im slowly getting back into the swing, Just need to drive by wawa not go in and pick up breakfast! Blood sugar has been thrown out of whack too. It is getting better. Any one ever try Cinnamon pills to help control it? Been eating better for lunch and dinner and snacks.Found an awesome apple butter at a local orchard that makes their own no sugar or salt added apple butter. It is awesome. ingredients are just apples and apple cider. Makes the plain greek yogurt taste really good and the cottage cheese taste better.

Really bad few days eating wise.... Back on track with feeling better, stress of having an exam is now gone (I PASSED), and back on the wagon. I need support help... Yes I admit it.
