Wii NFL Training camp workout

Low Calories Intake vs. Low Carbs
I also found that eating a bigger lunch and a smaller diner (with snacks in between) worked great too. That is a more European way of eating.

Low Calories Intake vs. Low Carbs
I have done a 2 pronged approach. The Paleo plan (high protein low carb) and the blood type plan. I have lost a lot of weight when I follow these two. Gnat824 is wright. follow what your body tells you to follow. Low carb has always worked great for me and I found out that my blood type is one that does well with low carb.
