Higher fat day yesterday. Calorie Breakdown: Carbohydrate (11%),Fat (53%) & Protein (36%). But fat was from good sources like olive oil and lean grass fed lamb. Looking for avenues that sell grass fed venison, rabbit - game meats near Delaware, PA, NJ and Maryland. I feel really good with the way I have been eating last few weeks. I am soon going to have to buy new clothes since the ones I got a few months ago are now really getting loose. When I stretch standing up my pants fall down, even with the belt all the way to the last hole.lol. It feels good and sugar is down too.
