Higher fat day yesterday. Calorie Breakdown: Carbohydrate (11%),Fat (53%)
& Protein (36%). But fat was from good sources like olive oil and lean grass fed lamb. Looking for avenues that sell grass fed venison, rabbit - game meats near Delaware, PA, NJ and Maryland. I feel really good with the way I have been eating last few weeks. I am soon going to have to buy new clothes since the ones I got a few months ago are now really getting loose. When I stretch standing up my pants fall down, even with the belt all the way to the last hole.lol. It feels good and sugar is down too.

Those percentages are right on! I just got some venison sausage from a friend, and it is so good. Very lean! Now to find some rabbit...the one I have is a pet...lol Have a great day!
