Today was a bad carb day. Day started with two turkey sizzlis from WaWa and a Whopping 82 g of carbs.. day total carbs were 101 so without those I would have had my usual 20g of carbs. rest of the day was good though. Should have just stuck to my two hard boiled eggs. That would have really put my carb, fat, protein balance to my acceptable levels and brought me to approx 1500 kcals. I will be better tomorrow.

And that's why we record it and stay accountable. Nice job! I eat egg whites every damn boring day for breakfast, otherwise I want a breakfast sandwich. It makes me start out feeling good and gives me a little more wiggle room later in the day.

I agree and I will keep HB eggs at all times (my son eats them when no one watches) or make the Egg muffins in the recipe book except use mostly egg whites.
