Mother of 3 (youngest 17 months) and recently graduated from dental hygiene ... 2 things at once that your body really pays for- school & having babies! I'm not so much overweight, but soft and cuddly :) my tummy is my problem area, got lots of stretchmarks so it'll never be like it was, but definitely could use improvement! I used to work out all the time and eat really healthy and would like to get back there, but seem to lack the motivation to stick with it these days!

Does anyone else feel like they are 'fake' losing weight?
Well said militaryman! This is exactly what I have learned in the last couple weeks... food no longer controls my life! I love when the numbers go down on the scale but you rely on measurements and how your clothes fit for real evidence of your progress!

Does anyone know if you can put a goal date in? It helps if I can see the timeline I have going...
