I'v always been blessed to have a weight I was comfortable with...that is until I turned 45. Since then despite my running my weight has crept up about 10# over a 6 month period. Also within that 6 months I've been battling plantar fasciitis, and as I type my right leg is now in an air-cast with the hope that immobility will cure it. I'm not convinced it will. I've tried several other treatments to no avail and it's been limiting my running, so now I'm limited to spinning.
Long story short, I've decided to try and follow Weight Watcher's/1500 calorie meal pattern just with the info I've found on the web. I was encouraged with the first week in losing 5.5#, since then up/down 1-2 pounds (one of those week's we were at Disney for Spring Break). Anyways, that's me and my weight story and I'm sticking to it!!!
