I'm a 27 year old who has been over weight and uncomfortable with myself my entire life. I'm finally ready and willing to make the changes I want. I am on a weight loss journey so that I can finally be happy with my self and get some self confidence on the way.

I don't have a long term goal yet because I just want to be at a weight that makes me feel good about myself and I have no idea what that number is.

I'm not doing any special diet, just simple calories in and calories out.
