North Carolina BBQ
Does anyone know if BBQ...and I mean the Southern BBQ that is slow roasted pork in a vinegar based sauce.(Like Lexington BBQ) I am not referring to just plain old BBQ sauce. My husband and I would love to treat ourselves to a BBQ salad at one of our favorite restaurants "Little Richards" but not sure if it would be allowed in Atkins, or even Induction for that matter.

Thanks for any help or suggestions!

I just think after the recent article in the readers digest (saying pretty much the opposite) that this is quite amusing. I guess its just a continuous argument. .

I just read the same article! It is actually what triggered my husband and I to start eating the Atkins way....
So far, so good... On day 5 of Induction.

Fat Reducing Diet - 3 Steps to Reduce Body Fat Quickly!
Interesting concept, but my concern is that we really shouldn't diet but rather make a lifestyle change. What are you going to do after you have reached your goal? What are your plans for weight maintenance? How do you plan to keep the weight off?

And btw~ congrats on your weight loss! I hope I have results like that!
