I haven't done this in a while so I really need to keep myself in check. I am so stressed out and bloated and all of the other wonderful things that come along at this time for me...yuk. I feel pissy. I don't feel like dieting, which I didn't today, and not I am feeling guilty. I know where this is headed...it's the oh well, it's easy to give up because I haven't journaled and recorded my food and look, the same thing is happening that always happens and I am going to fail. Ugh!!! It's terrible. I can't give up. I have to get back on track and I will. I am so stressed out though and feel like I had and have no time to work out and plan my meals. How do I get bakc on track? I will write down what I will eat tomorrw and drink one container of water. I have no time to work out but could on Thursday. Gotta do it.

Well, I sure did enjoy myslef last night. I think I overestimated the red wine but I went to the Outback and had two glasses there so I said they were 8 oz a piece and then estimated another that I had at my pop's place. Ah well, better to overestimate I guess. I am about to do a spinning (biking) class at the gym and then if I can stand a Zumba class afterwards just because they're so much fun. I also can't get to the gym during the week when I am working so I figure I better work hard when I can. I really need to make it to the gym tomorrow though because I am part of a challenge at my gym I need to weigh in for. Better drink lots of water today! Anyway, I am in great spirits today. I have off for President's Day and all is well!

Worked out today. Feel so good about that but I am pretty sure I'll be going over my 1200 caloric allotment today. I only have 366 calories left and I think there will be more than that in the red wine I'm going to have. Ah well, perhaps this will be more along the lines of the 1361 calorie day or if I listen to FatSecret, I could have up to 1900 calories and still lose a pound a week. lol Ah the games we play with ourselves...scary. Anyway, I'll get to work out again tomorrow because I don't have work-yay!

Trying to modify the Atkins for me--cannot not eat fruit anymore! I am trying to watch my carbs but along with calories so that I eat less calories--under 1200 per day. I am at a standstill with the Atkins for sure. Yesterday, however, I fell off the wagon pretty good. I had 65 g carbs!! Yikes. Anyway, back at it today and exercising later!! Feel pretty good-a little bloated, will drink lots of water today.
