Ugh! Scale not moving! No time to exercise and I am really getting down about it. Baby home sick today so staying home. Ran out of Equal so already started my day with white sugar in my coffee. I haven't been drinking enough water which is why I think my body is hanging onto pounds. I really haven't been eating that much. Sunday at Volt for brunch didn't help-2 Bloody Mary's and two beers! Wowsee-but that was only one day. I feel better, but belly doesn't feel as flat. Must, must find time to exercise or this is just not gonna happen. Need more hours in the day.

I have been doing pretty well. I began a challenge at my gym where I have to weigh in every week and I also did a spinning biking class today. Wowee! What a workout...need to do those crunches though! I will try harder this week.

Today was pretty good! I finally got to the gym and did some strength training. I am happy I weigh 180 so the scale is moving a little bit. I will keep plowing through!
