Well, whenever I do well on my carbs, meaning less that 20 NetCarbs, I eat higher calories. When I have lower calories, many times I have more that 20 NetCarbs. I do feel really great. Yesterday I weighed myself and I weighed 2 pounds less that what my weight states, but I am afraid to change it. Anyway, I am sticking with this for at least two months so I must be patient and keep at it. I have an appoiintment with a personal trainer for my free training session at the gym tomorrow. I also have to register for the competition at the gym so I can be held accountable. I think this is good...if I could just invent more hours in the day and days in the week I think I'll have it all under control. ha!ha!

Had awesome chicken wings for the Super Bowl! Hope my body starts responding to this diet. I am going to be very strict this week!

I am bummed I weigh a pound more and I have been doing so well with what I have been eating! I feel skinnier...well, maybe next week it will come off. I just feel like my body is totally resisting moving into the 170's! Ugh! I had a great day--I mummified oranges with my students!! It was so fun!

Well, the scale still isn't moving and I'm not recording it today! I know I need to drink more water, but could that really be what's stopping the movement on the scale??!! Ugh!

I am wondering if I should worry about calories at all...not sure. I am right about at or under 20% Net Carbs but my RDI in calories is a little above what is recommended.
I hope I lose weight on this diet or style of life. I feel so great and feel like I am thinner but the scale is still at 181 or 182. I will just keep trying! I really want to get the book. One thing for sure is that I am not hungry on this diet at all! YAY-but only YAY if it makes me lose weight too!
