Recipe Ingredients
Is there any way to add ingredients as a whole package as opposed to individual servings? For example, I used a whole can of El Pato tomato sauce (7 3/4 oz) last night but the only option available was per serving size (2 Tbsp). This is really annoying when it comes to putting my own recipes in the cookbook, and let's face it, seeing one 15 oz can of chicken broth listed in a recipe looks a helluva lot better than 4 servings of chicken broth (even though they're the same thing). This would make it much easier to shop for recipes, too. Is there already a way to do this that I'm obviously missing?

entering homemade foods
If you make something from scratch how do you figure out how many servings is in a dish? I made sauteed veggies and quinoa last week, but have no clue how to figure out how much one serving actually equals. I know that 1/2 c dry quinoa is 1 serving and the equivalent of 1 c, but when I added in all the veggies (I mixed it all together), 1 c certainly isn't the serving size. I'd suspect it'd go up to 1 1/2 or 2 c, but just how do you figure that out?

Calorie limit
Can anyone point me in the direction of a website that will give me a more accurate RDI number? According to FS, my RDI is 2700 - that's a hoot! How in the heck can someone consume 2700 calories and lose weight? That's mindboggling to me.
