I am a mother of 5 and a grandmother of 6. I have successfully lost weight on numerous occasions only to find it again. This year I plan to get to a healthy weight and give up those things I know derail me, because it is simply not worth it. I want to be fit and healthy and live a life that reflects that. I really need some support on this journey and would like to encourage others too. I hope I have come to the right place. Wishing you all happiness and success for 2016.
