hi im 46 single mum to 5 but only 3 at home i am unemployed but help out in our local heart foundation charity shop as a volunteer i am doing this as i have two wedding 1 im going to be a bestman (even though im a woman lol) and giving my daughter away in july i started at 21 st and 3 weeks in im 19 st 7lb so thing are going the right way .... How can I get motivated to work out every day?
i never did anything but now a local dance studio does bowka, zumba, body conditioning, pole dancing, ariel and many more so i swop around and go 3 times a week to different classes so i dont get bored
