Steady Weight Loss
I'm now 60 and I was up to 255lbs @ 6'4". I have done Atkins style in past, but now, am doing Intermittent fasting, and Keto style food. This has worked great for me as I enjoy my BBQ meats, and veggies, salads. I have strictly eliminated Sugars,breads, potatoes, rice, anything that turns to sugars. Feeling much better. Its a good idea if you haven't, but check out some of the great Youtube videos that explain just how our bodies react to Carbohydrates, and what it actually does to our Glycemic index. This holds the key.
