Like most on FS I have struggled for most of my life. I struggled with bulimia for the best part of my teens and twentys. It's something that you never truly fix or cure. You simply manage the waves of thinking involved. I've tried almost every 'diet' out there and joined all sorts of groups, some with better success than others. But all with the same eventual end.......gaining more! The weight goal has always been cosmetic until this year when health pushed me to do something. Research directed me onto an intermittent fasting lifestyle and onto the path of LCHF eating. I am currently enjoying a very positive weight loss and the prospect of being able to maintain this way of eating as a lifestyle choice and put my yoyo habits behind me once and for all.
