When I hit a "certain" age I somehow stopped being able to maintain my weight no matter how healthy I ate. After two years of consistent weight gain I found that I had packed on about 45lbs!!! I finally had enough in November and completed converted to Keto. I struggled for the first few months until I found the right tools and supplements. I am loving my Keto Life and now have less than 14 pounds to lose!! Being over 50 won't hold me back. I feel 30 and act like 15 :)
