I am thirty years old and I have Multiple Sclerosis. I have had it since 2007. I used to be really active. Now I have to take it quit slow. I love the country. I enjoy quading, shooting handguns and reading books. Dont forget watching movies. I like to go camping whenever I can. I do not like the cold, I wish I lived somewhere warm all the time.

Water----When is too much?? And what about juices?
Hey, I was wondering about water---when is too much water, I know that sometimes I cant drink the 8 cups a day cause I feel bloated, and I wont eat anything. Also what is the scoop on juices???

EATING AFTER 6:00 PM??
I have the same problem, I always eat after 7pm, meaning snacking etc. I know that I am not suppose to eat than. (I went to modelling school, and thats what the nutritionist told me) But I feel like I am starving.....what should I really be eating or drinking at that time......i read that about broth-----I will try that, but does anyone have any other ideas?????
