i am finding it so hard to portion my food. i will get the hang of it, so that i dont feel like im starving

Well this is my weight now after I received the liberation treatment. I am healed up but I have this bad cold. And doctor just told me that i had thrush. so i havent been able to get back to the gym, thats why i havent been on here. I am going to focus on foods since i cant go to the gym. hopefully i get some weight down in about two weeks.

Wow, tonight I don't feel good. I had a pepsi and it really made my stomache hurt. I know that I have to cut it totally out of my diet. I know that its not helping my ms, I don't know how to deal with cravings. Or the feel of hunger even though you just ate. I go tp poland this weekend. I don't know how much I can work out. But I will have to be really careful on what I eat. My workout today was really good. I definately felt it. Ha ha

Man, I cant stop cheating on food. Its so hard. I would like to know how other people stop from munching after a workout or in the evening. I need more will power. I will really have to stop and think about what I am grabbing to eat. I am suppose to be on a low fat diet due to my MS but it is so hard. I will have to definitely have to work on it.
