Ok, here we go!
I have been overweight my whole live. I mean, my heaviest point has been 170. My biggest problem was to get out of 160's what was very big problem for me because every time I got at 159 lbs, I pigged out and fall back in 160's. And at some point it seemed that maybe that's really the fight I just can't win. But then, something happened in my mind and I got over 160's. I have been out of 160's since Christmas 2010. Cheers for me!
Anyways, now I'm very close to be out of 150's and I start to feel this struggle again. That I feel some-kind of a pressure deep inside of me and I can't say no to myself.
Since November 26th 2010, I'm vegan. That also has helped me to get out of 160's. I have been vegetarian for over 4 years and after Thanksgiving, it felt that I'm at that point in my life where I can be vegan, I can eat totally dairy-free. Yes, it has been struggle finding vegan-friendly substitutes for my favorite foods, especially candies and chocolate but over the time I have and it has been rewarding journey so far.
Anyways, hope to get into 120's by the end of May 2011. Wish me luck!

Hello everybody,
