Cut back on your artificial sweets during these 4 weeks.

Guidelines:
Stay away from as much candy as possible. Stick to fruits or healthy fruit bars. Sugar Free sweets are okay if you MUST have it but Fruit in moderation is best. (Like a few grapes or an orange)
