carb convertions?
I recently began exercising again and was looking for some information about the read outs an exercise machine gives as you work out. My last workout showed that I "burned" 43 carbs. Does that really mean 43 net carbs? Or is there some sort of conversion equation I need to use to know exactly how to count that is in terms of carbs in and carbs out? Any help and advice is welcomed? Thanks!
