Well where do I begin... I have been dieting off and on for 1 year and a 1/2. First did the south beach and lost a few pounds but just couldn't stick to it any longer. So one day when dropping my daughter off to school a lady told me about Weight watchers. So I thought about it and the next week (Jan. 30th) I went.

Looking for a Buddy
I hear you about being an outsider, I feel like that also. it does feel like high school. I am hoping that one of my friends will start to go with me if not the oh well i am still goign to go we are all there for the same reason....Smile

spare tire
ok so I have been losing inches but not that many lbs. i feel like i have a spare tire around me. I need some ideas to loose it. I wear size 12 pants but have to buy like a 18/20 shirt because of it. Any ideas??Exclamation

ok so today i decied to give the core plan a try, does anyone have recipes for the core plan, I have looked every where but can find any.

when you enter in food on here under diet calendar enter food it tells you how many points it is. Hope this helps

Back fat
Anyone have any ideas how to loose back fat like where your bra strap goes??
