How sad...I was 167 a couple years ago! At the beginning of 2009, I weighed 184. I started the first 10 days of the year doing the Master Cleanse and lose about 10 pounds. I haven't gained any of the weight back but I haven't lost anymore either. I picked up a copy of The Fat Flush Plan last weekend and today (3/2) is my first day! I'm motivated and ready to go! I know that I can survive the first 14 days of detox- heck, I went 10 days just drinking the MC lemonade!

The "pills" are an indication of how much weight people have lost and how much they have left to lose. They are color coded based on how close they are to their goal. I.E. You change colors once you are halfway there and then you change again when you've met it. I don't know the exact color breakdown though.

Fatsecret is pretty inflexible when it comes to getting the account to backdate your weight, chances are unless you want to open a new account, you're stuck with the starting weight it's giving you.

Gotcha...thanks for the secret of the pills! Smile

What do the...
little pill looking things under everyone's pic mean? I thought it was an indication of how well people are at losing weight. But I've seen some who have lost a bunch of weight but the pill is red. so confused....Confused

ETA: Oh! And how do I update the starting weight on my tracker thing? I thought if I had updated my start weight, it would change it, but it hasn't.

What can I do...
about keeping my skin firm? I'm afraid of having loose skin when I make my goal weight. What can I do now to keep that from happening?

Outdoor Activites
When DH and I were dating, we use to go hiking ALL the time...they would usually be only 3-5 mile hikes but depending on the terraine, we would get an awesome work out. We would also go roller blading (got an inexpensive pair at Play it Again sports) or biking around the beach. Good luck!

Healthy rate?
What would be a good rate to lose weight? I've heard 1-2 lbs a week is a good rate...but then when I went to see my Dr., he said 1-2 lb a month!? He said to lose it as slow as possible so that it won't come back.
