I entered a regular eating day before dieting and total calories is around 3500. With a sedentary life at 5 ft. That's almost a pound a day of fat. I have always loved to eat, but before arthritic knees slowed me down I would burn 3000-4000. Mostly with swimming, softball and volleyball. Now if I can keep journaling I am accountable for everything. Even the occasional sucker.

today is another higher intake day with carbs. Made rice with a big scoop of coconut oil and some spicy Kimchi. Now for a 3 mile walk to burn most of it off.

had nice low intake on my days off. Today will be higher total to keep metabolism up.

Think the intermittent high cal days helps to make sure my metabolism doesn't slow down too much. Plus the last two soup days has helped.
