Friday walked Finn had half phent low craving for food ate cup of spaghetti. an actual cup only. lots of water and a few bites to satisfy taste for food not hunger. Almonds, Jerkey, grapefruit and carrots. starting out strong.

my blood work was good so Dr sent script for phentermine. Have been listening to hypnosis YouTube for few weeks now. Actually feel it's been helping to control my eating even before meds. focusing on small portions more frequent fruit vegetables, or Jerkey. part 2 day 1.
