I am 33 and still getting older, can you believe that?!

I've been married for 8 years and I have a beautiful 10 year old daughter who is active, glowing, youthful, innocent, and the joy of my life! But since I have had her, I have struggled with the ups and downs of dieting. I'm ready for a life-change and I want to LOVE it!

I've made myself paranoid!
Interesting... webmd says I need 1200 calories to lose 2lbs a week. FS says 1700 calories to lose 2lbs a week. Well, I set myself at a 1300 calorie pace and so far I lost 5.5lbs in 1 week. Just partial working out (walked 3 days this week).

"Cheat food" ... What's would be your Ultimate Freebie food? You could have as much as you
McDonald's French Fries... I crave salt salt and more salt and those little poisonous fingers covered in salt are toxic to my mind... but candy to my heart! LOL However, I've not had any in a while....and I have been watching my salt intake as well.
