Eating has been well today, I thought I was defrosting my chicken breast, but they're still frozen, so hopefully I can have dinner soon. Turbo Fire was released two days early, so I was able to order it as soon as it was released last night and I already received my shipping information so I'm praying I get it by Tuesday (fingers crossed). I'm supposed to go with some of my other coaches to the Brazil Butt Lift class in the city as well so that should be fun.

it's already hump day and I feel like the past two days have been an absolute blur. My eating has been great, but I'm also undoing some of the damage of this past weekend. It was my friends 25th Birthday in the Hamptons and it was absolutely amazing. We had a great time and they really overdid it with the amount of food and drinks there. I didn't eat too much, but anytime I eat a lot of sugar/carbs I get nervous because that'll make you gain, and gain fast. I can't believe half of June is already gone, I swear it was just March the other day.
This time last year was when I recommited myself to a diet/exercise plan. I remember I just wanted to lose weight, but then my aunt passed away and I really became obsessed with being healthy. Not only for vanity reasons, but just the thought of dying from diseases like Diabetes and the like is just sad. I hate being sick, so I never want to be in a situation like that. I thought I'd be at my goal already, but things happen, so now I'm refocusing my attention on September. I want to be done with the last 20 or so lbs by my birthday (Aug.30th).
I'm very excited TurboFire is being released Friday, and hopefully I can get it early next week. While I like P90X, I definitely liked Insanity better so I'm thinking of trying that again. I'm not sure if it'll be a good mix with Turbo Fire, but I can't wait to try out the other stuff.

Today has been such a long day, I stayed up way too late, I think I'm on like 3hrs of sleep...usually late nights make me more efficient, but now I feel like I'm crashing. I had an iced coffee a few hours ago so I'm hoping that doesn't keep me up longer. Eating was good today, I haven't been eating much so that's good.

This has nothing to do with diet/excercise, lol, but I got my Latisse today and I'm excited to try it. It's this serum that is supposed to make your eyelashes grow. I have the shortest eye lashes ever and I'm terrible at putting the fake ones on by myself, so it should be an interesting experience. I heard it takes a couple of weeks to see any progress, but I guess that's like with everything. So far so good with eating today. I've been really busy doing business stuff that I didn't have a chance to eat until like 4pm. I had some chicken breasts, and a handful or two of peanuts. I think I'm going to make a Chocolate (Shakeology) Iced Coffee, but I'm afraid it will keep me up tonight if I have it too late.

No food in the house ends up with me eating a disgusting amount of junk food. I used to like/not mind cooking, but not anymore. It probably doesn't help that we have yet to get a microwave, lol, so I can't even opt into using my in-case of emergency Zip n Steam bags. I think this weekend I'm going to have to venture to Target and get a microwave and/or Foreman grill. The great part about summer is I don't eat as much, and I won't feel like cooking so I can just stock up on salads and the like. This will be a good week, I'm going to the Hamptons with my friends this weekend, and I may have to get into a swimsuit so no more sugar free cookies and Coke Zero. I don't think the faux sugar agrees with me anyways.
