I lost 63lbs in 2007 because I was interested in losing weight. I took control of my weight at a time where everything else in my life was out of control. I then gained back 20lbs in 08 after switching jobs b/c food was the only familiar thing I had when switching industries and truly feeling like a fish out of water. AFter gaining/losing the same 10 or so lbs throughout the duration of that job I was then laid off and have been unemployed for the last year. Over that year I had gained 39lbs and have lost 31, but I have gained so much more and learned alot about the person I am and who I want to become in the interim. In this time I have gone beyond my interest in losing weight and fitting into smaller sizes; I made a decision and committed to being the healthiest person I can be. I am committed to continuously challenging myself, eating better foods (while still enjoying the yummy foods I will never give up, lol), helping others with their goals, and becoming more comfortable in my own skin.

I don't let the # on the scale determine my worth. I am achieving and exceeding so many expectations of what I can do with this body, and I am excited to see how low I can get with my body fat. If you need a buddy add me or msg me!

Faith Based Fitness
hi Lcplswife23! It was actually just released this past Thursday if you wanted to order it. Let me know how Faithful Workouts is as well. I just started watching the lessons on the WeighDown at Home, ever heard of it? It's another faith-based diet program, but it emphasizes the eating part more so than the working out.

If you're a person of the (Christian) faith, would you be interested in a product such as this? I remember seeing a diet program that was fitness based, but that was a few years ago. I know my aunt first showed me this video before BeachBody picked it up, but I've heard great things about it. only if you're actually going to use them and/or they're effective at actually working whatever muscle groups they say they are.
