I just had the yummiest brunch, I had grilled chicken, avocado and some cheddar, it was very good. I did a lot of running around this morning, so I didn't have time to eat, by the time I got back to the city it was after 3 and I was starving, but I had no idea what I wanted. I hate when that happens. I'm actually looking forward to my workouts tonight. I have a shorter fire workout, a 20min HIIT, and a 10 minute stretch. I remember doing it Tuesday and I really enjoyed it, the HIIT didn't kill me as much as I thought it would. Today is my fourth day of the 5 day inferno, and then I'm going to start the regular program on Monday. I was planning on having Saturday as my rest day, but I have a workout with some other BeachBody coaches and friends in the city so I'll just take off Sunday.

I got tickets to a Mets game from my friend so I have to make sure I get my workout in early and plan what I'm going to eat. I may end up staying in the city, since I'll have to be back Saturday afternoon, no reason to waste train fair when I have plenty of friends to stay with. I just have to remember to bring my workout clothes and such.

I got my workout done early today, I did the same video I did on Monday and it was tough but fun. It's 55 minutes which is kind of long, but the music makes it feel like a party. I have two more days of this 'Inferno Plan' and then I'll get to try the other workouts. For this 5 day period I've done a different routine from the first week, but it's good because I wanted to mix this program with another one of Chalene Johnson's programs called Chalean Extreme, but the focus is more on strength training so I think it'll be a great blend. That's a 90-day program as well, so I think they'll compliment each other perfectly.

I'm still feeling like a lazy cook, so I haven't had dinner yet. I brought some chicken breasts and an avocado, I was thinking of having a low carb chicken quesadilla since I have some low carb tortillas in my fridge, but that seems like too much work,lol. I had egg whites w. ham and cheddar for breakfast, so I might try that again, or maybe have it with chicken sausage. I think with all intense cardio I'll be hungry more often like I was with Insanity, so I'm looking forward to going shopping tomorrow to stock up on healthy goodies. I even brought some turkey burgers which I haven't had in a long time.

I'm very glad to be back on track. I think when I don't have goals it's easy for me to slip up/get too comfortable. My goal is to complete this program and to be in a bbody infomercial. I've always wanted to do that anyways, but I do so many programs, I never know which one to apply for; I love Chalene though so I'd love to have the chance to meet her again.

I had my first Turbo Fire workout last night and it was a lot of fun. It was 55 minutes so at first I was like uh oh, but the music definitely helped. It's very fast paced, and there are a lot of kickboxing moves, pivots, dancey shaking, so at times I had to press pause, take my breath and go back at it. It's definitely a change of pace from the workouts I've been doing lately, I think because its kickboxing and dancey you have to pay attention and be somewhat coordinated; even though I pick up things easy it still will take a few tries with the whole set of programs before I perfect it. I love that there's a modifier as well, and an option to try 'new to class' where you do it slower, and actually learn the moves. I think I may look at that one today to see how it varies, I didn't have my dvd remote so I couldn't choose between chapters.

I'm excited to be working out with Chalene again, she's probably my favorite of all the trainers, although I love them all. All the programs I've tried have helped me in so many ways, hence my love for Bbody. I was supposed to go to that Brazil Butt Lift class today, but my other coach friend can't make it, so I can go tomorrow by myself, or wait until next week. I definitely have to go soon though b/c I have a All-Access Equinox pass that I need to use by 6/30.

Eating was good yesterday. I got back to my egg whites and chicken sausage for breakfast, peanuts for lunch, and then chicken breasts for dinner. I think I ate too early b/c I was hungry after my workout, but I didn't bother to eat anything else. I was too lazy to make anything. I'm really craving an avocado so I think I'm going to go next door and get one for lunch. I think I'll have it with some chicken breasts. I have 3 workouts today, so I'll keep you posted on that. HIIT, yikes!
