Diagnosed with Type II Diabetes 2 years ago.
I feel like I brought it on myself due to my bad eating habits.
Have struggled with weight since I was about 25.

The balance of food, exercise and keeping my sugars in check has been depressing.

I'm going to do Atkins, it seems to be a complement to the nutritional values I need to help my diabetes.

I'm tired of being fat.
