My self discipline really lacks. I used to be able to get motivated by certain future events coming up. Now, I don't care enough to not eat wrong. Halloween fouled me up again. Every year, I eat the candy we have and gain weight. Next, Thanksgiving will be the excuse, then Christmas and New Years. My self esteem is not strong enough to get me through. I should lose weight for health, but my favorite event is eating. That means more to me that what I look like or how I feel or my future health benefits.

Well, I still can't get into the spirit to loose. I started eating chips and cheez it crackers, which I love, and I went up to 155, but didn't record it. Since then, I stopped the tasty, crunchy food I love and went to salads again. Now, I'm back down to 152, but that's not good enough. My fat stomach stays the same.
