Well, I still can't get into the spirit to loose. I started eating chips and cheez it crackers, which I love, and I went up to 155, but didn't record it. Since then, I stopped the tasty, crunchy food I love and went to salads again. Now, I'm back down to 152, but that's not good enough. My fat stomach stays the same.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.2 lb a week

Belly fat is so stubborn. I'm still fighting mine but I have made some progress. Let's not give up...

Unfortunately, post-menopause fat distribution becomes more like that of men.
