Here I am again. I will try once more with more health issues showing up. Now, along with a lot of others, I have GERD with asthma. My stomach is so large it pushes up under my ribs, making my ribs hurt; causing me to have acid reflux; and any clothes around my rib/stomach area cut in and feel terribly. My stomach muscles are torn, causing my stomach to protrude out an hurt. A loss of weight would help so much. I'll try this again.

Well, I may finally be doing it. I received another reason to loose weight to add to the list. I have high risk osteoporosis. I am trying a combo diet of no wheat diet (partially) and low calorie diet. Since last recording here I've lost 3.5# so that is good for me. Hopefully, I will keep it up. I've let myself down so many times that I don't know if I can keep eating right or not.

I'm back again. Probably the sixth time in several years that I've tried Fat Secret again. I found out I have osteoporosis in both hips and I know I should get weight off of them. On top of that, I have other health problems that call for weight loss. Where there is life there is hope.

I will try again. If at first, and hundreds of other times, you don't succeed, try and try again. A lot of arthritis and IBS pain has and is in my life. That is my excuse this time,...although there really isn't any excuse except I enjoy eating. Our weather here has broken snow/freezing records, and not that is gone but it is raining. Not helping outdoor exercise at all.
