I am a married woman. I will be 71 yrs old next month. I weighted 90 lbs most of my life. Mostly because I never once got hungry. When I was 60 I went to a Dr that gave me a medicine to help me gain weight. The medicine was usually used by cancer patients to help them eat. I took the medicine for less than a month. During that month I started gaining weight. I am still gaining weight and can't stop. H E L P! Going from 90 lbs to 145 lbs seems to be to much for me.

Since I gained all this weight I have been having heart problems & Lung problems. I have had a heart attack and serious problems with AFib. Just had a heart ablation for the AFib. Feeling like t6hat really worked.
Hoping that losing weight will help my health. This is my first serious attempt at a diet. I am losing weight fast (right now) but I think it is mostly water weight. I will figure that out at the end of the week.
I am glad to be here. If there is anything I should be doing please tell me.
