I am a new-ish Mom. Thanks to FS support and tools, I have lost the extra weight gained during my pregnancy. My body is not the same even if I am the same weight I was/ I'm SOFT! Never been squishy in the belly before.

Now I’m also looking to strengthen my body. I’ll be adding some resistance training to my weekly routine and keep walking.
Time to lean this mass up!

Finally hit my healthy, normal BMI and <145#. Headed now to my ideal weight of 135.
I donate blood and get my cholesterol results each time. I was shocked that mine was 156! Lowest ever!

My diet targets are <100 net carb >80g protein <50g fat <1800 mg Na

When I started on FS my carbs were easily 150-200g/day. Took me a few weeks to get <100g/day. I have keep attention on that one, but hitting it most of the time or at least on weekly averages.

Best Weight Reduction Pills
BTW, I tried several pills.
Most made me SO hot that I was uncomfortable.
Most made me urinate and gave me the $h1Ts. Embarassed
GI issues.
Jitters.
I am done with weight loss pills.
I DO advocate daily vitamins!
DO drink water!
Psyllium is good (for me, moderation is key to keep from bloating/GI issues)
When I am watching my diet I am watching calories, targeting more protein since I understand that proteins will help my body produce collagen and I REALLY want my skin to bounce back. I watch fiber, but fall short and TRY to add it through psyllium. I have accepted that I struggle to get enough fiber without blowing my carbs/sugars. Sodium is the next one that sneaks up as I try to get my calories for energy and fiber. So I do my best to eat nutrients in my food, limit my calories, push for protein.
In the end I take that vitamin!
And skip the rest of the pills.

Best Weight Reduction Pills
Totally agree with you ieGod.
What do you think about chromium picolinate?
I had a 'feeling' it worked. But now I am pretty sure it was just a matter of the three occasions I used it, I already had the motivation and activity level needed to see weight loss and energy levels I was looking for.

Plateau no more
I'm on a super long plateau too. I know I'll get my drop soon. Just stay the course. Glad you got yours.

Got to get serious
Arthritis stinks. All the people in my life who keep moving say that the pain is less the more you move. My mother in law is my inspiration. At 78, she walks daily. Just keep moving she tells me when sciatica pain gets me. Just keep moving says the chiropractor. Both mom and chiro have arthritis. Taking their advice I move when I hurt. I lose weight when I move. My mood improves, my pain decreases. It’s amazing how it works.
Congrats on your diet improvements. Wishing you all the best!
Don’t give up. You are doing the right things.

Too much food.
I've had to do that myself. Even with healthy bars. I traded out my old bars for kid's size or mini bars. I have nut packs too. Makes me a lot more aware of my choices. Even still I open one then two then three mini bars or bags of nuts. The decision is much more OBVIOUS. Some days I slip and feel guilty. But then I get back on track and realize I have a chance to make good decisions today.
