I also will record my blood sugar! We shall see what happens to my weight and my B/S.

I'm being very good eattin correctly on Atkins. Ate some bacon yesterday. It said NO SUGAR. Shot my B/S up to 148. When I read the ingred. list sugar was the third ingred. When I recorded my food diary, it showed no sugar. It lied!!!!

I lost one ounce today. Not much I know, but it is way better than a gain. I shall keep truckin along! I was scared that I would start gaining when the scales went up two pounds a couple days ago.
I no longer use heavy cream and Stevia in my coffee. I was shocked at how many carbs I was adding using the two in my coffee.
I still drink diet rite, that will be a real challenge trying to remove that from my daily consumption. I love it so much!

I lost almost the 2 lbs. I had gained when I started high fat/low protein. I am not really doing too low protein as I have noted this in my daily food dairy. I feel much better and safer. I was so concerned about this low high experiment.

To tell the truth I probably was eating this much fat the last time I was on Atkins in 2002.

Vegetables is the only thing I am having trouble adding to my diet.
