what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?
I feel awful about my weight. You all sound good. I'm 5'3" and currently weigh 151 lbs. I gained 30 lbs. when I went through periomenopause. I was lucky enough not to have much of the menopause symptoms, but the weight gain drove me nuts since I was always thin. Couldn't gain weight when I was young and was 95 lbs. at 5'2". Yeah...I actually grew when I was pregnant at 35. Anyhow, 120 - 125 lbs. is good for me since I have a lot of muscle...which is now covered in fat. Starting to lose weight now, so I'm figuring I must be almost done with this menopause stuff.
