I didnt even follow WW this weekend...kinda in the dumps with a fussy baby; but all is better today!Well, looks like I am down a few!!! I feel better now..my son is doing awesome..thanks for all the support from my FS buddies! I am going grocery shopping today & getting back on track!

BLUE LAGOONIE LOONIES: SUMMER B.E.A.C.H. CHALLENGE
GOOD MORNING FELLOW LOONIES!!!Laughing I got some much needed wonderful deep sleep last night! Thank you LORD! Wink My son actually slept great for the first time since December...he can breathe sooo much better! Well, I am only up 1 1b from 9d ago...considering ... thats great! I am going to eat breakfast-Special K red berries & go to pay bills intown...I am going to workout this afternoon IF my son feels okay to go to the nursery @ gym. We'll see...

Summer B.E.A.C.H. Challenge!
I get a BIG "0" today...Sorry team...my 16mo old son had surgery this morning, so I didn't workout...On top of that, Ihad to get up @ 4am, after having absolutely no sleep last night(nerves?) and I just had no energy or will power..I ate IHOP after his surgery. Surgery went very well by the way. I didnt do too bad:
4am BF: 1 hardboiled egg, 1 lite bread w/ FF cheese toasted, 1 WW yogurt
snack: 1c grapes
10:30 BF post op-IHOP 4 small pancakes, 2 eggs, 2 slices bacon

snack: rice krispy treat

dinner 7pm: 2 BT sandwiches on white bread...I know..sorry

I was just exhausted all day & running on "E"...not to mention I have been awake since 3:30am today! I am sure Ive gained...we will see tomorrow! Im off to bed..I promise to try to do better in the am!

Summer B.E.A.C.H. Challenge!
Did okay today:
Breakfast: WW yogurt(1)
snack: Fiber one Chocolate & oat bar (2)
lunch: Lean Cuisine cheese ravioli (5), salad(cucumbers, bacos,lettuce & 2 tbsp FF 1000 island) (1)
snack: 2 caramel rice cakes & bananna(4)
snack: ww ice crm bar(2), mini 100cal 94% FF popcorn(2)
dinner: 2 bacon/tomato sandwiches-Natures own light wheat(2), FF mayo, 4slices bacon(6), 14 baked lays(2), rice krispy treat(2)
snack: pop tart Sad (10)
snack: 16 red. fat wheat thins(3). 2oz FF crm cheese(2), pineapple-orange habernaro sauce(0)

I exercised for 1hr today! I guess that is what made my appetite increase!?? I give myself a "5"!
I only went 7 pts into my flex pts.
