Need more motivation
yeah we were bike riding together before the cold weather hit and will soon be out there. My best friend is 8 months pregnant... who was the one who motivated me to start Weight Watchers.... She'll soon be back on with me. but right now its just me... I work in a coffee shop for 6-8 hrs a day.. usually consisting of running around making or doing or cleaning something... so i feel like i'm "semi" active during the day.. . its food thats my problem.

Do you have any suggestions on where I can find the pure cranberry juice? I haven't seen it before but would like to try it.
Thanks - Kate

I would think at a supermarket.
