Hello everyone! My name is Katie and I'm a 28 year old girl living in Southern Indiana. I have been fighting my weight all my life and a few years ago my boyfriend and I decided that we both needed to try again and we started the Body for Life program. Over the past 2 or so years, I have managed to lose about 50 pounds. My boyfriend of course has already hit his goal weight. But I am currently at a standstill and need something different. I learned about this website on the Today Show and am very excited to recharge my healthy lifestyle. I already eat pretty well and exercise at least 4-5 times a week so I'm hoping this will be the thing that gets me past this plateau I'm stuck in.
