Big ugly stretch marks
There are laser surgeries...I was reading about them in O magazine a few months back. They can be pricey (around $500.00 a session) and the type of laser they use depends on the severity and age of the stretch marks. They apparently reduce the look of stretch marks about 70-90%...depending on the severity. I think that is pretty good. I am actually saving my money now in order to get it done.

Anyone need to lose over 100LBS???
You are definitely not alone!!! I had 100 pounds to lose...I have dropped 11 pounds thus far...but I still have a little ways to go. I used to think that I was the only "fat kid" but look around you...overall I think that this country is in MAJOR trouble!!! So never feel alone! We are all struggling with this weight issue! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE...INCLUDING MYSELF!!!

How often should I weigh myself?
Depending on what diet you are following you may see a decrease in your numbers pretty quickly. For example, I am following The South Beach Diet and I lost about 5 pounds in my first week and am still losing (about 11 pounds lighter). The only thing that I would warn against is there are a number of factors that can contribute to numbers on the scale and that does not always accurately reflect your progress if you weigh yourself too often. If you don't want to be discouraged by up and down numbers, or a scale that's not moving...I would suggest weighing in once a week...and resisting the temptation the remainder of the week...HOPE THAT HELPS.
