HI, my name is Jennifer, im 24, and live in upsate NY with my Husband and my THREE Handsome little boys,

During high school i was always worried about my weight, worked out at the gym 4-6 days a week and ate healthy....a normal weight for me was 120ish. After going to college and having a heavy work load i started to make unhealthy eating habits (fast food and tooooo much snacking) putting me at 128. With one month left in Massage school my finace and i found out we were pregnant, thus putting me up another 10 lbs after his birth....okay so we are now at 138, THEN....lol we wanted to try for another child and we got TWO...yes TWO!! i now carry around more Pounds after having them.

so needless to say, i am up about 15-20lbs from were i would like to be!! I would love any advice anyone has to offer, and would love some diet buddies!! thanks, :-)

what the heck!?!?
thanks to both of you for all the info! i am a water drinker, and only a water drinker.....sometimes i might have a glass of cranberry juice but not often! I went to the store this morning and got some chinken from the deli and some spinach wraps!! yumm Smile i use olive oil in everything i cook....replacing butter and veg oil!!
i think i'm on the right track but sometimes i am not sure if something is really good for me or just advertised to look like its healthy!!!

what the heck!?!?
so i just realized that my calories at the end of the day are like 1/2 of what they should be. I feel like I am eating a ton and I feel great, even got a nice hard up hill walk in today,took my twin boys with meSmile
i am not so sure that it will be healthy for me to stay at such a low cal intake, right? I have been trying really hard to not eat breads and pastas....most of my diet is veggies and fruit, fish and yogurt. I really need some tips, is lunch meat okay? like turkey, or chicken? what about cheese?

ohh and just a note:
I felt strong willed tonight as my husband ate pizza and honey mustard wings infront of me, I really wanted some but I didnt give in....yayyy for me

Looking for a diet buddy...
hi, Michham i am a bit younger in age but have the same amount of children, haha all boys so i am gonna need to get back in shape to keep up with them!!!! i would love some diet buddies!! i am trying to become healthier bye making a life style change, less boxed food and more fruits and veggies....lot less pasta too. i have only been a on the site for a few days and learning how to use everything, how to post, chat and get support and give support!!

young mother in need of some body toning
Thanks so much for encouragementSmile i havent lost any weight yet, only on day 3 so not a suprize and just started to work out today...its hard with the kids walk for 10 mins go calm the crying babies, walk for 10 mins go tell my 3 yr old "don't do that haha but i get the work out in when i can....being a mother of 3 is a work out itself right?!?! Smile

the plan is what you mentioned, more fruits and veggies, less bread and pasta/rice (thats my down fall....pasta/rice) thinking about getting some whole grain pasta but still have to resurch and make sure that its a healty choice.

young mother in need of some body toning
Hi everyone, I just started my diet/life style change yesterday...i am 23yrs old and have 3 little boys, Caden (3) Broc and Briar (2months) and a supportive husband (Luke) I really need to get back in shape, after the birth of my first son my body was pretty much the same, up about 10 lb from my normal weight, but okay with my body....BUT after the birth of my twins in Jan. my body is "notsohott" up another 4 lbs....total of 14 lbs gained over the past 3 yrs!! i am trying to track my caloric intake everyday in oder to loose the extra weight.....need support and tips!!! thanks, Smile Jenn
