I'm kind of satisfied with the result, although I'm sure it could've been better.
Bottom line, I'm finally noticing results in my overall posture, mood, and a lot of things that I never realized.
Maybe part of the weight loss was due to my sickness..or maybe not, who knows?
What I do know is that I'll keep on giving my maximum effort until my goal is accomplished.

Okay, this mini-vacation flipped on me quite badly.
It's fair to mention that I started with the wrong foot and I over-ate on thursday and Friday.
Then, for some reason, it might've been something I ate or just a rotary virus, but I got a super stomach pain that disabled me from let alone eat, but also to practically move all saturday.
I was feeling terrible, I was de-hydrating by going every hour to the bathroom to release nothing but liquids.
I started medication on Saturday morning but it wasn't until the evening around 11 that I finally was able to vomit and almost end the nightmare.
I re-started a semi solids diet on sunday and am slowly re-incorporating all my usual GOOD habits.
I literally don't wish to feel that sick to anyone, it's horrible!
I also took this as a signal to not break my good habits just beacuse it's "vacations"...I was literally eating very badly...salty, greasy, and sugary foods.
So I guess the average result will be seen tomorrow in my weekly weight in.

Well, all week I haven't eaten nothing offlimits, unfortunately (for diet purposes) today afternoon I'll be going on a quick vacation to a ranch, and there's not much diet or light food there, in fact, I think they put fat almost on everything...lots of carbs flying around, if one goes weak-minded things could get messy, but I'll manage to keep the calorie count as low as posible.
Also there will be no internet so I'll have to write down what I eat, portions and upload when I return.
Anyhow, I do hope that I even see one pound less on monday when I weight in...that's all I ask, LOL.

Same weight!!!
I guess I will cut down on carbs & fat and increase my protein intake, also I'll lower my RDI from 2500-2700 to 2000-2200...will continue with gym work-outs & cardio, and avoid sugary satrchy tempatations.
Let's see next monday how it goes!!
I'm happy because even though there's not a change in weight, I can definitely see a change in my body, and am feeling how the fat is being transformed into muscle...feels good!

I purchased a whey Protein Isolate powder to boost my protein intake for the day and reinforce my gym work-outs. Am currently drinking only one time per day, afterwards.
This was severely recommended by many people, so I'm giving it a shot...if I don't lose or at least maintain my current weight at the end of this week I'll discontinue its use
I workout 5-6 times per week 1-1/2 or 2 hr sessions including 20 min cardio.
...any comments or suggestions?
