Well, yesterday for a change I behaved quite well and almost didn't cheat.
It's quite imperative to be strong the weekend if I want to see a weight loss on my weight in on tuesday.
Let's keep the spirit up!

OK, these spontaneous celebrations are really getting to me.
Yesterday everything was going splendid, but when I got home after the gym, my father's family had a getogether in the house and brought all sort of sugary fatty snacks.
I did my best to avoid them, but I did slip a little bit.
I ate some cookies, a toast with cream cheese & mermelade and some chocolates, which of course got my caloric intake through the roof.
I have to get a grip on my will power.
The good news is that I did the full workout at the gym, so maybe it'll balance on some degree...hopefully
I'll try my best to stay on track the rest of the week.

Well, sort of saw this coming...My intake during the weekend might've hindered my real weight loss.
Anyway, I'm happy with how my body is changing and how I'm reacting to temptations. I'm growing more each day, and developing a liking to eating healthy.
I will try my best to adhere to the program this week...seriously.
I must move faster towards my goal weight, and fully commit to this.
Hopefully on the next weight in, we'll see the outcome.

Well, the weekend was out of control, two celebrations: one birthday and a wedding, lots of alcohol (the main reason for calorie excess) and regular soda as mixer...tried to make things right on sunday by going to the gym...also today I will keep my calorie intake very low, and my exercise level as usual to see if tomorrow for my weight in I manage to lose some weight.
Let's see what happens.

Not much to tell really.
Yestarday I got hung up on work and then had to wentstraight home, so I couldn't go to the gym...I was already focused!!
Anyhow, my colorie count was low, so no biggie, I didn't eat offlimits foods..OK, just a little.
I will definitely go to the Gym today, and respect what I entered in my food diary.
