Okay, this mini-vacation flipped on me quite badly.
It's fair to mention that I started with the wrong foot and I over-ate on thursday and Friday.
Then, for some reason, it might've been something I ate or just a rotary virus, but I got a super stomach pain that disabled me from let alone eat, but also to practically move all saturday.
I was feeling terrible, I was de-hydrating by going every hour to the bathroom to release nothing but liquids.
I started medication on Saturday morning but it wasn't until the evening around 11 that I finally was able to vomit and almost end the nightmare.
I re-started a semi solids diet on sunday and am slowly re-incorporating all my usual GOOD habits.
I literally don't wish to feel that sick to anyone, it's horrible!

I also took this as a signal to not break my good habits just beacuse it's "vacations"...I was literally eating very badly...salty, greasy, and sugary foods.

So I guess the average result will be seen tomorrow in my weekly weight in.

It all most sounds like you had food poisoning JC, it can hit hard like that and go right through you. You are right about sticking to what you know is good for you. My sister had a nice dinner but all I could eat was the ham and rutabagas....no scalloped potatoes or coleslaw it was boughten and the carbs were way to high and of coures apple crumble and whip cream was not on my menu either..but I did have 2 glasses of red wine also not on my program but hey there are times when you just have to let go. Time for us both to get back on program..Have a great week and I will watch to see how you made out with your weigh in..I bet you did ok.
