This week I've been doing really good, calories in range, I've exercised all days, and ate very few offlimits snacks.
Nonetheless today I have a bachelor's party in a ranch in which we'll basically drink, eat, be at the pool, drink more and eat more...I'll try to keep it controlled but I'm menatlly prepared, I know today my cals will increase mainly because eof the alcohol.
I'll get back on track sat and sun

It's nice to finally see the number on the scale going down...as previously said, I can tell that my body is changing, and I do feel it when I try pants or clothes that were a little too tight a month ago, and now fit just right or even a little loose!
I feel good overall, I will keep the spirit up and continue to do things right incorporating all the great advice found here.

Well, today was a bit out of the ordinary...my dog "Ronnie" dug a whole and ran away!! so I went looking for him for like half an hour and I finally found him, he was staring at another dog like him (scottish terrier)near by, like 12 blocks away, go figure, I must seek him company...anyhow, because of that I didn't have a chance to weight myself, since I was already super late!...
I will weight myself when I get home, although I'll probably be carrying food and water weight from all day...I'll also do it tomorrow morning and record the lowest one, LOL!

OK, for a change I really controlled myself this weekend, now, that doesn't mean I didn't eat offlimits food, but I counted calories and kept'em within range, I also exercised, so basically I think tomorrow I might actually see a weight loss.
It's hard becuase almost all the people I know doesn't eat healthy things, and tend to eat chips, and regular soda, sugary snacks, or starchy food..and it really doesn't help!...but on the other side it's also good to develop a sense of resistance to those so obvious temptations so that I can be stronger in next ocasions.

Same weight...
A lot of factors could've interfered.
For instants, yesterday I had a helathy but heavy dinner; I weighted when I woke up and I haven't gone to the bathroom...
Maybe the biggest factor is that I'm seeing a change in my body where my fat is being replaced by muscle, I also see it in my pants, I'm wearing a pair that I just didn't wear becuase they were a little too tight, now they fit just fine.
Overall I don't feel like I've failed, but it would've definitely been nice to see a reslut in weight as well.
Hopefully by next tuesday we'll see some numeric results.
