I'm a Mum to my 3 year old daughter and business owner, so life is pretty busy.

I've always been active and very interested in optimal health and whole foods so for me it's about applying what I know along with some self discipline and just getting the job done. Once I'm on track I'm a very determined and single minded...so out with that chocolate!

Really looking forward to seeing my new body emerge in time for spring and the back fat, tummy tire and double chin gone.

Work out Routine
I'd recommend Gillian Michaels 30 day shred programme on DVD, it doesn't focus on particular body parts but is 20-25 minutes of intense cross training, i.e. weights mixed with cardio - she gets results and you're not doing it for hours on end.
