I am a 46 year old wife, mother and grandmother. My husband Rich and I have been married 29 years. We have four children Sean (24), Kyle (21), Melissa (20) and Matthew (17) and grandparents to two grand-daughters; Makenna (6) and Emerie (5months). Full time job, daily co-workers' drama, own daily life challenges, out of state tuitions, Kyle's cancer, insecurities and low self esteem are my challenges and triggers for my eating habits. I was successful in 2002 with Atkins - dropped 130lbs. Kept it off for two years but the triggers got the best of me...gained it all back plus some... going for it again - MUST gain selfesteem to advance in my career and for MYSELF..Progress is slow, as is everything with age.

accurately reporting food in journal
Rolling Eyes is there a way to "take away" ingredients in a recipe so carb count can be more accurate? for example: had chicken tacos today BUT did not eat the tortilla. When adding the chicken taco to my food diary it does not let me take that into concederation, therefore: inacurate counts. outside of listing (guessing) every ingredient&quantity in the taco, is there a way to take away the tortilla?
